Who should see a Rheumatologist?

  • Rheumatologists diagnose and treat conditions affecting the joints, muscles, bones, tendons, and connective tissues.

  • They treat more than 100 rheumatic diseases, including:

    • Osteoarthritis

    • Rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis

    • Lupus and other autoimmune diseases

    • Gout and pseudo-gout

  • They also evaluate abnormal autoimmune test results, such as a positive ANA.

  • Treatment may include in-office procedures and specialized infusions.
